KidSpot - On the spot kidcare, professional drop-in child sitting company

Wachovia and KidSpot have joined together to provide Wachovia employees with a complete package of childcare services.

Based on the success of last year's Inclement Weather and School Holiday Childcare pilot, the program has been expanded to include inclement weather and backup childcare for pre-school aged children.

Wachovia recognizes that balancing work and family priorities can be challenging and is pleased to offer this unique benefit.

Now, when inclement weather hits unexpectedly, or the kids are out of school for the holidays or your regular childcare arrangement suddenly is unavailable, you have somewhere to turn for up to 20 times per child per year. See overview information.

Employees with pre-school aged children have access to childcare when their normal childcare is not open through the BackupCare Program. A detailed BackupCare Q&A document will provide you with details of this program.

Employees with school aged children have access to childcare when schools are closed due to inclement weather and school holidays through the Inclement Weather and School Holiday Program. Please review the detailed Inclement Weather Q&A document and the detailed School Holiday Q& A document.
