Sometimes, you might have something come up last minute and not be able to find a babysitter. Or you might not be able to justify the high cost of daycare, so you need a more affordable, more flexible alternative. Our childcare center offers exactly what you need. It’s a safe place for kids to play while supervised, and most of our staff has extensive experience working with kids as former educators and employees within the WSFC school system, so you can place your trust in us. We welcome children ages six months to 12 years, and we have lots of toys, games, and activities for kids to enjoy while they make new friends.

Our childcare is also convenient because of how straightforward it is. There is no need to pre-register your child. You can bring them right to our center the same day, and we’ll get them enrolled. You only pay for the hours you use, and we are open later than most other childcare options.

At KidSpot, we’re proud to offer the flexible childcare services you need here in the Winston-Salem area. We understand that as a parent, you likely have plenty of questions about our services, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need to feel confident leaving your child in our care. Do you have openings?

We are not a daycare, so “openings” does not necessarily apply for us. We offer flexible childcare services on an as-needed basis. You don’t pay for a “spot” with us — you pay for the time your child spends with us, so reserving a spot is not a requirement.

Can I register my child the same day I need your service?

Yes, we offer same-day registration services for those who are new to our childcare program.

How does your service work?

Parents pay a one-time, $25 registration fee. Once registration is complete, you are free to bring your child to stay with us when you need childcare services — there is no need to make reservations. Simply bring your child, along with whatever they will need for their stay with us. You only pay for the hours your child spends with us.

How does your team handle sick children?

Each child’s temperature is checked at the door when they arrive, and children who have an elevated temperature are sent home. If a child exhibits other symptoms of illness while they are with us (vomiting, fever that was not present when they arrived, or other general signs of illness), we contact the parent or the designated emergency contact if the parent is unable to come pick their child up.

Can I have food delivered to your facility for my child?

Absolutely — parents are welcome to use services like DoorDash. We kindly ask that you alert us with the estimated delivery time if you choose to have food delivered while your child is with us.
